The Bras family entrusted with the lighting of their iconic brasserie, home to the also iconic Japanese chef Yoshihiko Miura. Under Alex Huynh’s artistic direction, we have transcended the reputation of this famous seafood and fish restaurant.

The ceiling lights feature a shoal of tiny fishes with some gold-gilded to evoke the scintillation of the sun through water. The shades in the winter garden are adorned with vine leaves in a subtle hint at our wine heritage. Finally, the river stone ceiling lights above the bar remind the Belle Epoque and the epic timeframe hen the Dome was already the place to be for all of Paris artists.
