Jean Sulpice, whose attachment to nature is famous, trusted Art et Floritude’s skills during the renovation of the place. We created gigantic vegetal ceiling lights, customised to gently light the fine dining restaurant. The chosen patina creates an optical illusion through the metal leaves that become integral to the natural elements that enter via the ceiling. In 2018, Jean Sulpice was consecrated ‘Chef of the year’ by the guide Gault & Millau and the gastronomic restaurant received two Michelin stars.
