TRADITIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP

Heir to a French tradition born in the 18th century, Art et Floritude has showcased a unique expertise since its inception: the creation and fabrication of decorative lighting featuring metal and porcelain flowers.

The company’s first workshops were established along the banks of the Loire, near the famous Loire Valley castles, first in Santranges, then in Beaulieu-sur-Loire, and most recently in Briare as the business has grown.

FOLIAGE DNA

Foliage is the company's DNA, with 18th-century foliage evolving over the years to incorporate an infinite collection of proposals, from grape leaves to maple, ginkgo and bougainvillea.
Lighting designs have evolved to match interior designers' projects, and classic chandeliers have been transformed into poetic light sculptures.

BESPOKE EXPERTISE

Our workshop combines all the skills needed to create unique lighting for your projects, whether private residences or public places. Technical drawings, hammering of metal and ironwork, hand-made patinas, selection of light sources, creation of porcelain elements, research into specific materials - all these stages are made to measure for each project.

DELICACY AND POETRY

Petal by petal, our artists handcraft porcelain flowers that reproduce all the lightness and delicacy of the flowers in our gardens.

Our light sculptures are recognisable by the poetry that emanates from our compositions. The indirect light filters delicately through the elements of the decoration, and the transparency of the porcelain biscuit reveals the subtle details. In this way, the lighting composition helps to create a unique atmosphere in the space imagined by the interior designers.
